PRODUCT CREDIT VOUCHERS – Special product credit vouchers can be used towards wall collections, print collections, portrait boxes and high res digital files only. Not valid for photography sessions or redeemable for cash.

1. All decision makers must attend both the photography session and purchasing appointment to claim full value of voucher.

2. A $200 non-refundable session fee is required to secure your booking.  

3. You are allowed 1x reschedule for your photoshoot. If you need to reschedule more than once we shall charge a $50 administration fee. 

4. Session must be booked prior to expiry date if using a voucher.

5. All ordered images are backed up and stored for a period of 12 months. Other images will be removed 1 month after your design and ordering appointment.

6. Your Design and Ordering appointment must be scheduled no longer than 3 weeks from your photography session to redeem your gift voucher.

7. Only one voucher per household, per year may be used.

8. Any offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Offer is not transferable.

9. Special offers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session.

10. Please advise us of any injuries, food allergies or special circumstances that may effect your pet during the session.

11. Management reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.
