Adam Thibert Photography is an award winning boutique photography studio in Calgary, AB. We specialize in black and white magazine style portraits, headshots, family and couples, dogs and pets, actors, musicians, personal branding & glamour portraits.

For every client that walks into our studio, our goal is to produce amazing and memorable images that will put a smile on their faces each and every day they see those images displayed in their homes.

What We Offer

Initial Consultation

This is for you to learn more about the process. But, more importantly, for us to get to know you and understand the vision you have for your session.

Wardrobe Styling

As part of your consultation we’ll talk about your personal brand and we’ll help you choose the outfits from your closet that will show the best at your portrait photography session.

Guided Photoshoot

Adam’s job is to find your best angles and guide you through a series of expressions until he captures your personality. He wants to tell your story through beautiful photos that you will gladly share with others.

Multiple Outfit Changes

You’ll be with Adam for an hour and that allows for several changes. Adam has found over the years that there is something liberating about putting on a different outfit that allows your confidence to come through.

Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment

Ordering and selection meetings are held via zoom, also by appointment, typically no more than 2 weeks after your session. You will be able to select the images you want and determine the level of retouching on your images

Professional Retouching

While the magic already happened during your photoshoot, every image is retouched as if it was going on a magazine. Rest assured that every little detail will be taken care of.

Digital Files & Prints

We believe in the power of a print. With the purchase of every digital file you also receive its matching matted print. Every digital file is delivered in color and BW.

Final Product Delivery

The Studio’s Wall Art Portraits and Boxes are hand crafted by the finest purveyors from all of the world.
Clients are given a time frame of 6 weeks up to 3 months for their artwork to be completed. Digital Artwork takes an average of 4 weeks to complete.

I highly recommend Adam Thibert Photography! We had an excellent photo session with our two rambunctious big dogs. Adam helped the humans and the dogs to be comfortable, and he did an excellent job capturing all of our personalities. It amazed me that Adam was able to get such excellent pictures with everyone moving around and hardly being still for an instant!The process was smooth from start to finish, including booking a session, attending the photo shoot, and viewing the photos. I am really pleased with the quality of the images and the service we received.

Absolutely loved the quality and photos Adam did with us and our dog. He was patient and did so well with our high needs Border Collie. My husband and I (and our dog!) recently had a photoshoot with Adam, and it was a smooth and fun experience from start to finish. He communicated all the info we needed well in advance, and the actual shoot was a blast - he has experience working with pets, and has a ton of tricks up his sleeve to get them cooperating with the camera! The reveal was great too, and really showed the quality and professionalism of his photography. We are looking forward to displaying Adam's photos in our home for years to come!

I typically feel awkward when it comes to photos but Adam made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. His space is easy to get to, super clean and relaxing. I did a session with my dog; he was sound asleep by the end of the session he was so relaxed!Also, Adam was great with my dog! He wasn't over stimulating in his efforts to get his attention and happy to work with the many poses my boy offered up.Start to finish, my experience working with Adam was nothing short of fantastic.If you're considering family photos or just want some cool shots with your four legged friend, check him out!

Shoots take place inside our beautiful studio, located in Hillhurst Calgary. Every photoshoot includes a pre-shoot consultation, wardrobe styling and Photo Selection Process. Sessions with Adam are fully-guided, so you never have to worry about posing or anything, he’s got you covered.
